The "Europagugelhupf" (European ring cake) is my first baking project and I enjoyed it a lot!
The cake is filled with 25 delicious stuffings, for which every single stuffing stands for one country of the European Union.
The continent is united in a luscious cake! I invented the recipe of the cake, the fillings and did the design.
It was given away as a present at the commencement of the Austrian European presidency 2006.
From the 16th of March 2006 you can buy the cake at the Viennese bakery “Felber”.
